Regal Aqua respects customer privacy and collects only the information needed to manage accounts, process water orders, confirm payments, arrange delivery, and support customers.

When you create an account, place an order, submit a review, request a quote, or contact Regal Aqua, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address or location notes, order details, review content, and customer support messages.
For payments, we may store transaction references such as order ID, amount, payment status, phone number used for payment, M-Pesa receipt number, and callback confirmation details from Safaricom Daraja.
Regal Aqua uses Safaricom Daraja services for M-Pesa payment prompts and payment status callbacks. Customers approve M-Pesa payments directly on their own phones. Regal Aqua does not ask for, receive, or store your M-Pesa PIN.
Live M-Pesa credentials, passkeys, API secrets, and database connection values must be stored only as protected environment variables on the production server.
We may share only the information needed with service providers who help run the website, payment processing, email communication, hosting, security, analytics, or delivery operations. We do not sell customer personal information.
Customer data should be protected by HTTPS, backend authentication, admin authorization, secure environment variables, rate limits, input validation, and production Firebase or database rules. Staff access should be limited to authorized Regal Aqua administrators.
You may request correction of your account details, ask about stored order information, or request help with account access by contacting Regal Aqua. Some payment and order records may need to be retained for business, tax, reconciliation, security, or legal reasons.
